Okay so. Here we are.
I know, I know. The obligatory first post. Every personal site has one. I've been putting this off for three years, and then one day I just... did it.
For years I kept telling myself: one day, I'll build something. My own corner of the internet. Not a LinkedIn profile where everything sounds HR-approved. Not an Instagram grid that makes life look more curated than it actually is. Something honest. Something mine.
So here it is. You're reading it now.
I grew up in rural Vietnam. Left home at 11. Have been figuring things out on the fly ever since.
Moved countries. Learned languages out of survival instinct, then out of love. Sat alone in cities where I couldn't read a single sign and felt more alive than I ever did following a plan. That feeling, the low hum of being somewhere unfamiliar, not knowing what comes next but moving forward anyway, that's kind of the whole thing for me.
That's what I want to write about here.
- Data and analytics: My career. Usability over technicality.
- Travel: My passion. Experiences and thoughts picked up along the way.
- The in-between: Everything else. Decisions without right answers. Books that quietly shift something. The 2am questions I'm still sitting with.
Honestly, I'm writing this mostly for myself.
But if you're out here building a life that doesn't fit any template, if you've made a bet on yourself and some days genuinely wonder if it was a mistake, you'll probably find something here.
